| All orders paid for by check will be processed after the check has cleared (approximately 10 business days). If the item (s) ordered are not in stock at the time the order is placed or processed, you will be notified and fully refunded immediately. There is a $10.00 return fee in addition to the associated bank charges for returned checks.

Free Shipping Offer Policy:
Single order must total $60.00 of merchandise or more.
Applies to online orders only.
Orders will be shipped via ground service only - overnight or other expedited services will be charged according to our shipping table below.
Orders must have a street address, no PO Boxes please. . Applies to shipping addresses in the United States only, excluding Alaska or Hawaii.
Product Availability
Products are available unless otherwise noted. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled (ie not enough product in stock) you will be contacted immediately and given the option to hold your order or get an immediate refund.

Holiday Treasures' Customer Returns Policy Holiday Treasures is dedicated to providing you with quality customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases that you make from www.allholidaytreasures.com.
It is our policy that you may return merchandise purchased on our site for any reason within 30 days of delivery of a shipment for a refund, exchange or credit. Please read our Halloween Costume, Mask and Accessory Return Policy for additional information.
All refunds will be for the merchandise only, no shipping costs.
All merchandise returned to Holiday Treasures must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging (like new condition). The package must include all components and other items originally packaged with the merchandise. Upon receipt of your return we will gladly issue you an exchange, credit or refund your order to the original form of purchase.
All sales for clearance merchandise are final. No returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise.
Order cancellations must be done prior to shipment of the order. All cancellations should be communicated through email at contact@allholidaytreasures.com.
In your email, please provide a brief explanation as to the reason for your return and we will issue you an RA#. Please do not send your package without contacting us first for instructions.
You will be responsible for the associated shipping charges in return the merchandise. We suggest you insure the package for added security. No refunds will be issued for items damaged during shipping.
Halloween Costume, Mask and Accessory Return Policy: Costumes can be returned up to 25 days from receipt of purchase.
We will be happy to either exchange or refund your purchase if your costume does not fit, it is somehow defective or damaged or if it was never worn. Costumes must be returned in new/unused condition, in the original packaging and include any accessories that are part of the original costume.
Please follow the instructions above on how to return your order.
The following items are non-returnable: Masks, Wigs, and Hats which are sold separately from the costumes.
Personalized Items: The return of personalized items will only be accepted if the product has been damaged during shipment or the merchandise is defective. Please follow the return instructions below.
Backorders/Out of Stock Items: We do our best to avoid backorders but they can occur. If a backorder does occur, our customer service department will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery date.
Product Abuse Disclaimer: Items that are damaged due to improper handling, rough handling, electrical overloading, immersion in water and/or have broken bulbs cannot be exchanged and are not returnable or refundable.
Discrepancies between merchandise ordered and merchandise shipped: Any discrepancies between what was ordered and what was received will be handled directly by the Holiday Treasures customer service staff. Please email us within 3 days of the shipment receipt at contact@allholidaytreasures.com
Important: All returns must follow the returns procedure below:
Holiday Treasures Returns Procedure In order to return merchandise you must first request a return authorization number from Holiday Treasures. This is done by sending an email with the following information to contact@allholidaytreasures.com
- The Holiday Treasures order number.
- A brief description of the merchandise to be returned and why you would like to return it.
- How you would like to proceed (i.e. would you like to make an exchange for another product, or be issued a credit/refund?)
- A customer service staff member will respond to your email or call you within 2 business days with a return authorization number.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the merchandise to us.
After obtaining a return authorization number please be sure to do the following:
- Ensure that the authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Merchandise must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging with all components along with any promotional merchandise.
- Do not write on the product packaging or warranty cards.
- Any incomplete shipments will be refused (i.e. missing a return authorization number or missing product components)
- For your protection, we recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. Please select a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. No refunds will be issued for items damaged during shipping.
- Once we receive your package your refund, exchange or credit will be processed within 7 days.
Defective Products: Defective products can be returned directly to Holiday Treasures within 10 days of the shipment receipt. There is no charge to the customer, but the Holiday Treasures Returns procedure must be fully complied with (all returns have to be accompanied by a return authorization number). The merchandise returned will be replaced with identical merchandise only. If the identical merchandise is not available you will be contacted and issued a complete refund.
Additional Ordering Information: Holiday Treasures can only ship to addresses within the United States.
